If asked, he will tell you that he is more comfortable with a wrench in his hand than a keyboard.
In addition to leading Preferred Service, Brian is a devoted Christian, husband, father, and fisherman. Edward was recruited as a Maintenance Technician at a Christmas party and is now leading the division. He manages a team of technicians operating throughout the east coast, and is their first call to troubleshoot unusual or difficult issues. In addition to his leadership responsibilities, Edward is often seen in our workshop with a piece of equipment that others have given up on. Due to the expertise of his team, machines have been sent from half way across the US to our shop for service. Don’t worry; Edward still has time to be very dedicated to his family as well as his many hobbies which include golf, fishing, and bourbon hunting.
Tracy joined the Preferred team in 2017 after many years in retail management. In her tenure, Tracy has been successful in a wide variety of positions and is now a Director of Operations. She earned her bachelor’s degree from Florida Atlantic University in elementary education and, at times, is not sure she really deviated from that path.

She earned her bachelor’s degree from Florida Atlantic University in elementary education and, at times, is not sure she really deviated from that path. In addition to her efforts to keep us all focused, Tracy has two young children and is the treasurer of their PTA. While she has many fine qualities, many of us most appreciate her expert baking. If you ever have a chance to try her smores cupcakes, trust me, take two.

Salem oversees employee engagement relying primarily on therapeutic touch. She is confident that regularly petting her with a focus on her belly will bring joy. Both agree that we all benefit from regular ball throwing exercise and limiting our food intake through sharing.
